// INSTALLATION

Fixed to structure, verified on site.

The unit is installed in an aluminium frame on an RCC wall near the escape point — a balcony, window or exit landing. Anchor hardware was pull-out tested on M30 grade concrete: 14 kN with no slip observed, and a 7 kN proof load with no thread damage.

01

Site survey

Building height, structure at the descent point and the clear vertical drop are recorded.

02

Descent point selection

Points are chosen with the safety officer so the route stays reachable when the stairwell is not.

03

Anchor and frame

The aluminium frame is fixed to RCC structure using tested anchor hardware.

04

Function check

The unit is checked through its travel and the wire is wound back onto the roller.

05

Briefing and handover

Users are briefed and the certificate, test report and manual are handed over.
