Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation by customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been shipped.
• Once the product is shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@safeskydrop.com or write to us through our contact page.

Charges & deductions on cancellation

• Bank charges, payment gateway charges and shipping charges are subject to deductions as per the policies prescribed and revised from time to time by the respective partners or financial institutions.
• Any changes in these charges or deductions are solely at the discretion of the respective channel partners.
• Refunds will be processed after deducting such applicable charges.

Cancellation by Safe Skydrop

Safe Skydrop reserves the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:

• Product unavailability or stock concerns.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Any operational challenge beyond our control.

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund (excluding any irreversible partner charges, if applicable) will be issued.

Refund timeline

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
• Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Custom orders

Cancellations for customised or special-order Safe Skydrop products may not be accepted once the order is placed or production has begun, whichever is earlier.

Force majeure / exceptional circumstances

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of transactions or cancellations shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
